Terms and Condition

1. User Agreement

• Acceptance of Terms: By using our application ("App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other rules or policies we may publish. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the App.
• Platform Purpose: Our App facilitates the booking and management of appointments with salons listed on our platform. We do not provide salon services ourselves.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 12 years old to use our App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 12 or older.

2. User Conduct

• Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
• Prohibited Activities: You will not use the App to:
  1. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  2. Infringe upon the rights of others.
  3. Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities.
  4. Harass, threaten, or harm other users or salon staff.
  5. Interfere with the operation of the App.
  6. Upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code.

3. Booking and Appointment Process

• Appointment Requests: You can book appointments by selecting a salon, service, date, and time through the App. This constitutes an appointment request, not a confirmed booking.
• Salon Confirmation: The salon will confirm or reject your appointment request through the App.
• Appointment Details: You must provide accurate and complete information when booking an appointment, including your name, contact details, and any relevant health or allergy information.
• Timely Arrival: You must arrive at the salon on time for your appointment. If you are late, the salon may cancel your appointment or charge a late fee.
• Cancellation Policy:
  -Customers can cancel any booking up to *2 hours*before the scheduled appointment time.
  -A maximum of *5 cancellations*are allowed per customer in a calendar month.
• Rescheduling Policy:
  -Each booking can be *rescheduled once* by the customer.
  -Rescheduling must be done *at least 2 hours* before the original appointment time.
• Refund & Wallet Credit:
  -If an appointment is canceled by either the customer*or the *salon partner,the booking amount will be *credited to the customer’s Barberdekho wallet* within 24 working hours.
  -Wallet credits can be used for future bookings but are *non-refundable*in cash.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Service Prices: Service prices are set by the salons and are displayed on the App. Prices may vary depending on the service, salon, and location.
• Additional Charges: Salons may charge additional fees for specific services, products, or late cancellations/no-shows.
• Payment Methods: We offer various payment methods through our secure payment gateway. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the services you book.
• Payment Disputes: If you have a dispute about a charge, you must contact the salon directly. We are not responsible for resolving payment disputes between users and salons.

5. User Content

• Reviews and Ratings: You may post reviews and ratings of salons on the App. Your reviews must be accurate, honest, and respectful.
• Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is:
  1. Illegal, harmful, or abusive.
  2. Defamatory, libelous, or slanderous.
  3. Obscene, sexually explicit, or violent.
  4. Spam or promotional in nature.
• Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

• App Ownership: The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned or licensed by us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
  1. Salon cancellations or rescheduling.
  2. Service quality or dissatisfaction.
  3. Technical issues with the App.
  4. Unauthorized access to your account.

8. Indemnification

• User Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
